Self-Affinity is my Typography II final in which I designed a personal font called “Self-Affinity.” Self-Affinity is a medieval-styled typeface with a mirror theme with the intention of inspiring users to be their true selves. This project was created after medieval-style typefaces seen in my favorite fairytale books, Bebe Rexha’s “Girl in the Mirror” song, and my own personal journey of self-acceptance.
Fun Fact: I also used this typeface to design the logo for my Artz magazine.
